One of our clients, a pioneering cybersecurity company, is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager.
This company is at the forefront of cyber defense, leveraging automation, threat intelligence, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework to help organizations optimize their security controls. Their innovative platform analyzes and enhances existing security systems, enabling companies to close exposure gaps, reduce risk, and stay ahead of evolving cyber threats—all without adding unnecessary complexity.
Founded by cybersecurity experts with deep expertise in building groundbreaking solutions, the company is dedicated to protecting industries such as finance, healthcare, and beyond. They are now seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure successful product adoption and satisfaction.
- Create clear, customer-focused product documentation.
- Utilize tools like Zendesk and Client Success to manage customer interactions effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.
- Analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement and increase engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through best practices in cybersecurity.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in Customer Success.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand product performance and customer needs.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity markets such as SIEM, endpoint security, or threat hunting.
- Experience working with support ticketing systems.
- Previous startup experience, ideally in a fast-growing company.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Understanding of cloud platforms, IT infrastructure, and basic software development concepts.
