The Talent Acquisition Team drives Cyera’s rapid growth by attracting and hiring exceptional talent across Engineering, R&D, Product, Research, and support functions. We focus on creating seamless candidate experiences and building high-performing teams that fuel Cyera’s success.

About The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll identify and hire top talent to scale our technical and operational teams. Working closely with hiring managers, you’ll craft innovative sourcing strategies, streamline hiring processes, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience, contributing directly to Cyera’s growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, from creating job descriptions to sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Develop strategic sourcing approaches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Referrals, professional networks, and creative outreach methods to build pipelines for key roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, refine interview processes, and ensure timely and successful hires.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by maintaining transparent, timely, and engaging communication throughout recruitment.
• Train and support hiring teams on interview techniques, ensuring fair and effective candidate evaluation.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines by nurturing relationships with high-potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to improve processes and hiring strategies continuously.
• Champion Cyera’s employer brand positions us as a top employer in cybersecurity and tech markets.
  
  

• You have 4+ years of experience as a technical recruiter, talent acquisition partner, or similar role, ideally in a startup, cybersecurity, or high-tech environment In high volumes.
• You excel in sourcing and hiring for technical roles, including engineering, R&D, and product positions.
• You’re proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
• You have a solid understanding of technical hiring processes, interviewing methods, and best practices.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• You possess excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• You’re adaptable and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
