The Role

Join a small, dynamic, and growing team of experienced professionals dedicated to revolutionising business development. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be instrumental in building and iterating on our product, working across both frontend and backend systems. You will collaborate closely with other engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to create a seamless and scalable experience for our users.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and an enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend and frontend systems.
• Work on full-stack features, ensuring smooth integration between frontend UI and backend logic.
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to create user-friendly interfaces and experiences.
• Participate in technology and architecture discussions, contributing to best practices and technical decisions.
• Help optimise performance and scalability to support business growth.
• Ensure security best practices, in order to meet compliance standards.
• Engage in Agile development methodologies, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Skills:

• Fluency in English.
• 3+ years of hands-on professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Ruby, Java, Go, Rust).
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and building scalable infrastructure.
• Understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and experience in designing efficient data models.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Interest in AI/ML technologies and their potential applications in business (a plus).
• Bonus: Experience with M&A ecosystems or finance-related platforms, but not essential.
