About the role:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Content & Social Media Manager to join our Adcore Elite Agency!

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.

You’ll manage and scale social media platforms, create compelling content, and lead innovative campaigns that resonate with target audiences. You will also play a key role in analyzing performance data to optimize content and strategy for maximum impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute data-driven content strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and grow social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Lead creative content ideation and bring concepts to life.
• Write, edit, and optimize content for different formats, ensuring high engagement and consistency.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and implement data-backed optimizations.
• Stay updated on social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related analytical field - MUST
• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and performance analysis.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for better results.
• Experience managing business pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Knowledge of design tools for creating engaging social media content (a plus!).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
