What you'll be doing

1. Work closely with the CTO/VP R&D on new product features
2. Oversee the full lifecycle of product development including continuous deployment, testing, integration, and documentation.
3. Leading and mentoring a team
4. Advocate for the product at conferences, meetups, podcasts, and community events.

1. Education – A university graduate with a high GPA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Strong academic foundations are a must.
2. Experience – 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, ideally in building cloud-native applications, security solutions, or key management systems.
3. Proven Impact – A track record of delivering and supporting high-scale production software used by hundreds or thousands of users.
4. Leadership – Experience in leading and mentoring software development teams, driving projects from concept to production.
5. Cloud & Security Knowledge – Strong familiarity with cloud-native ecosystems, infrastructure-as-code, and security best practices.
6. Work Ethic & Integrity – A results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership, commitment, and responsibility.
7. Passion for Innovation – A deep curiosity and drive to push the boundaries of confidential computing and AI, always eager to learn and adopt cutting-edge technologies.
