In this pivotal role, you will harness the power of partnerships, drive strategic collaborations, and lead Clalit's open innovation initiatives to new heights.

What will your day look like?

• Collaborating with multinational corporations, startups, and key players in the healthcare innovation ecosystem to co-develop and introduce groundbreaking solutions and research into Clalit.
• Leading business assessments, technology evaluations, and pilot design to deliver value-driven solutions for Clalit patients.
• Building and managing strategic partnerships from identifying and negotiation to execution and ongoing maintenance.
• Overseeing commercial, legal, financial, and operational aspects of partnerships to ensure seamless integration into Clalit's innovation ecosystem.
• Creating enabling business operations infrastructure for open innovation and external partners (tech and research).
• Securing external grants and financial resources to support strategic initiatives
• Managing and developing the open innovation portfolio of Clalit Innovation- from lead to implementation
• Inspire and manage a talented business development team in their daily tasks

who will succeed and enjoy this role?

• A strategic thinker with 10 + years of business development and open innovation experience, including 3+ years in team management
• Proven experience in closing strategic partnership with global corporations (tech and pharma) and leading startups
• A healthcare and Medtech enthusiast with a comprehensive understanding of the ecosystem and strong network
• A relationship builder with exceptional people skills, capable of negotiating and influencing diverse stakeholders
• Deep understanding and proven experience working in large and complex organizations
• A tech-savvy innovator with a scientific, engineering, or computational background (advantage)
• Passionate about innovation, curious, and committed to making a meaningful impact.
