Exists, based in Tel Aviv, is a pioneering startup at the intersection of AI and gaming. Our innovative Text-to-Game platform enables users to create high-quality multiplayer games from simple text inputs, democratizing game development. As we prepare for our upcoming consumer launch, we are looking for our first Marketing expert to help build momentum, engage our community, and position Exists as a leader in the AI and gaming space.

The Role

This is a full-time position based in our Tel Aviv office. As Marketing Specialist, you will play a central role in launching our platform to a large consumer audience. This is an opportunity to build excitement, manage a growing community, and drive user acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2C marketing strategies to support the platform launch and drive growth.
• Manage and grow our large Discord community, fostering engagement and strengthening user relationships.
• Oversee content creation and lead social media efforts to position Exists as an innovator in gaming and AI.
• Define and develop the brand identity, ensuring consistency and impact across all channels.
• Analyze market trends, adapt strategies, and identify opportunities for growth in a fast-moving environment.
• Operate with autonomy and agility, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in B2C marketing, with a focus on gaming or AI consumers—this is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in community management, particularly on platforms like Discord.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of executing in a dynamic startup environment.
• A passion for gaming, AI, and technology, with a creative mindset for building excitement and engagement.
