Technical Operations Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations manager to manage and optimize the

technical operations that support our advertising platforms.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and a proven track record in managing complex systems, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving performance improvements in the online advertising ecosystem.

This role is critical to maintaining our reputation for reliability and excellence in the online advertising ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

● Oversee and manage the day-to-day technical operations of our ad tech platforms

● Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities

● Collaborate with cross functional teams to define requirements, timelines, and success

● Criteria

● Foster collaboration between technical teams, publishers, customer success and demand partners

● Manage the integration of third-party tools, APIs, and other technologies with our systems

● Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for internal and external stakeholders

● Drive technical projects, such as the rollout of new tools and platform enhancements

● Monitor project progress and deliver solutions on time and within scope

Qualifications:

● Education & Experience:

-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering,

or a related field.

-Minimum 2 years of experience in technical operations, or a similar role, preferably in the

online advertising industry.

●Technical Expertise:

-Deep understanding of advertising technologies – oRTB and Prebid, advertising platforms,

including DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, and programmatic tools.

-Experience with database query languages, HTTP protocol, HTML, JavaScript and JSON –

major advantage

●Skills:

-Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.

-Strong project management capabilities

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
