Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the Marketing Team at JobTestPrep, a leading global EdTech company.

Our Marketing team is growing, and we are looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to lead and develop the marketing strategy across multiple product categories, helping thousands of job candidates land their dream jobs. Your focus will be on driving substantial growth through customer acquisition, optimizing user journeys, maximizing engagement, and accelerating revenue growth across our product portfolio.

As a senior member of the marketing team, you will own and optimize multiple product categories, providing strategic direction and leadership. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments to shape our product messaging strategy and effectively communicate our value proposition across US and UK markets.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth across existing product categories and identify new market opportunities.
• Lead data-driven decision-making processes, analyzing product performance metrics to accelerate revenue growth and market penetration.
• Oversee product messaging strategy and value proposition development across multiple product categories, ensuring market fit and competitive differentiation.
• Design and implement sophisticated A/B testing programs to optimize user behavior and conversion rates.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop product roadmaps and drive continuous improvement across your product portfolio.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to gather market intelligence and customer insights.

What You Need to Bring to The Table:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing or digital marketing, with demonstrated success in driving growth.
• Proven track record of success in US or UK online markets.
• Extensive experience in SEO strategy and implementation, with demonstrated results in organic growth.
• Deep understanding of conversion optimization and additional marketing strategies.
• Education: bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
• Expert-level written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Advanced proficiency in SEO, digital marketing, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Proven ability to work strategically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellence in data analysis and strategic problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2C SaaS or EdTech companies.
• Advanced experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• MBA or relevant master's degree.
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members.
• Proven success in email marketing campaign strategy and execution.
