GlossAi provides Social Video Intelligence, uncovering personalized insights for brands. We're seeking a passionate, service oriented Customer Success Representative to join our team. Your role will focus on optimizing retention and growth within our client base while providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships from onboarding and on.
Understand clients' needs, ensuring their goals are met and exceeded.
Conduct periodic reports, providing valuable insights that lead to higher product adaptation.
Communicate client requirements to internal teams.
Work with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1-2 Years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role for a B2B product.
Business oriented, strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insightful reports.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
A winner's attitude, dedicated to providing exceptional client service and ensuring all accounts are well-managed.
Ability to understand clients' needs and translate them into internal requirements.
Team player, proactive, and adaptable.
