Customer Success Manager

GlossAi provides Social Video Intelligence, uncovering personalized insights for brands. We're seeking a passionate, service oriented Customer Success Representative to join our team. Your role will focus on optimizing retention and growth within our client base while providing exceptional service. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships from onboarding and on.
• Understand clients' needs, ensuring their goals are met and exceeded.
• Conduct periodic reports, providing valuable insights that lead to higher product adaptation. 
• Communicate client requirements to internal teams.
• Work with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 Years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role for a B2B product.
• Business oriented, strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insightful reports.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
• A winner's attitude, dedicated to providing exceptional client service and ensuring all accounts are well-managed.
• Ability to understand clients' needs and translate them into internal requirements.
• Team player, proactive, and adaptable.
