We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our growing team!

Job Responsibilities

Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company standards.

Lead negotiations and play a key role in administering contractual agreements with clients worldwide.

Provide valuable sales and market intelligence to enhance company performance. Oversee budgeting, sales volume planning, tracking, and reporting, while compiling

relevant reports for management.

Requirements

Direct sales experience in the regulated Forex B2B industry - MUST! Must come with an existing portfolio of clients. Proven experience in a competitive sales environment. Strong stakeholder and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, with the

ability to establish and maintain professional relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong influencing

abilities. Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure, independently, and within a team. Customer-service oriented. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, sales operations, or sales

consulting.
