We are recruiting a NOC Controller for a large telecommunications company in the central region of Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Provide 24/7 technical support and troubleshooting for network and communications systems
-Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues
-Work in shifts to ensure continuous service availability and reliability
-Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external customers
-Respond to alerts, analyze system health, and escalate issues as needed
Requirements:
- Strong orientation and desire to grow in the support and telecommunications fields
- Training or courses in support roles or relevant military experience - an advantage
- Availability to work in shifts 24/7
- Ability to drive independently with a vehicle
