We are on the lookout for a talented B2B Account Manager to join our Tel Aviv office. This is a unique opportunity to be the first in this role at Neema, shaping its future and making a real impact. The ideal candidate is driven by data, thrives in building relationships, and is motivated to grow existing accounts while delivering exceptional client satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Growth: Develop account plans and strategies to increase revenue, drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and expand our market share.
- Client Advocacy: Act as a trusted partner for our clients, ensuring maximum satisfaction and serving as their advocate within the company.
- Data-Driven Insights: Regularly analyze data to produce detailed reports and insights, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that summarize performance and outline future strategies.
- Communication Excellence: Create compelling presentations and maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—product, sales, compliance, solution delivery, and operations—to roll out new services tailored to market specifics, including regulatory and competitive considerations.
- Ownership: Take full ownership of client requests, explore new opportunities to add value, and ensure seamless execution.
Professional Skills/Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years’ experience in B2B Account Management or Business Development in an enterprise sales environment.
- Strong track record of driving growth and revenue in a Global Tech Environment.
- Proven success managing accounts within financial institutions and enterprise clients- an advantage.
- Expertise in Customer Success Management (CSM) frameworks with a data-driven, programmatic approach.
- High proficiency in data tools, including Tableau, with strong analytical skills to manage complex reporting and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to identify and drive commercial value.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Independent, self-motivated, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced and growing environment.
