We are looking for a great HR Director to join our HR team (replacement for maternity leave)
About the Role:
As Nanit's HR Director in Israel, you will take ownership of all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and employee relations. You will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with Nanit's business objectives and mission, collaborating closely with our global HR team to drive impactful initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the growth and culture of a dynamic, innovative company.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support Nanit's business goals and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and care.
- Lead the recruitment process, onboarding, and continuous employee development to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
- Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent while ensuring compliance with local market trends and standards.
- Act as a strategic partner to designated executive leadership, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and HR-related initiatives.
- Proactively monitor and cultivate employee engagement, using a hands-on approach to stay connected with the organization and foster a supportive environment.
- Coach and mentor managers to develop leadership capabilities and empower them to navigate HR challenges effectively.
- Own the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring best-in-class practices at every stage.
- Identify and address organizational needs with innovative solutions to support both individual and business success.
- Lead and mentor the Israel Talent Acquisition Specialist and Office Manager, ensuring smooth and effective delivery of HR services across the region.
- 7+ years of relevant HR experience in a fast-paced startup environment, with proven success in talent acquisition and end-to-end hiring processes.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance in Israel.
- Proven ability to build trust and collaborate with leadership teams, making a meaningful impact on teams and business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to proactively address organizational challenges.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
