About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to help drive client success. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone eager to break into the AdTech industry with hands-on training and professional mentorship.

What You'll Do:

✔ Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth experience.

✔ Provide professional support and resolve client inquiries in real time.

✔ Analyze data and optimize client performance to maximize revenue.

✔ Identify growth opportunities and propose tailored solutions.

✔ Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Tech Support) to meet client needs.

✔ Continuously learn about the AdTech industry and its tools.

What We're Looking For:

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.).

🔹 Fluent English (spoken and written) – a must.

🔹 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

🔹 Proficiency in Excel (including formulas and data analysis).

🔹 Highly organized, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.

🔹 Experience in customer support or account management – an advantage.

🔹 Familiarity with Google Analytics or analytics platforms – an advantage.

🔹 Basic understanding of digital advertising and AdTech – an advantage.
