Head of Operations
Reporting To: CEO; Member of the Executive Management.
Location: Company headquarters, Yokneam, Israel.
Role Description:
- Manage and oversee the company's operations, including- procurement, production planning and control (PPC), manufacturing, shipping, warehouse, and logistics.
- Responsible for budget tracking versus execution in procurement and other business processes.
- Define operational tasks and goals derived from the company’s objectives and strategies.
- Plan and execute production according to order forecasts, monitor and control production while ensuring the highest quality standards.
- Lead negotiations with strategic suppliers and drive cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with quality objectives and ISO regulations.
- Manage extensive daily work interfaces with company managers and leadership.
- Optimize, develop, monitor, and measure operational processes on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure seamless transition of products from development to production (NPI – New Product Introduction).

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Academic background in Electronics/Mechanical/Computer/Industrial Engineering.
- A team player with a service-oriented, courteous, meticulous, and professional approach.
- At least 7 years of managerial experience in operations and production in high-tech manufacturing companies with multidisciplinary products.
- Broad systemic vision, strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and pricing understanding.
- High interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven leadership skills to engage and motivate production and procurement staff.
- Experience in implementing organizational changes and process integration.
- Hands-on approach with high technical understanding; engineering experience is a must
- Stability and willingness to join a well-established, growing organization with long-term career prospects.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Priority system implementation experience preferred) and advanced proficiency in Windows Office and Excel.
- Proven ability to maintain and manage work interfaces with various departments, including finance, R&D, sales, product management, and quality.
- Extensive experience working with a wide range of suppliers, both domestic and international, including contract manufacturers.
- Language skills: Hebrew and English at a very high level (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
