Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Integration/Implementation Engineer to join our team and be responsible for integrating advanced CRM systems. Someone who can effectively communicate the impact of integrations on business processes and convey the importance of a strategy. As an Implementation/Integration Engineer, you are responsible for integration project delivery and success.You will be expected to contribute to optimizing and automating the company's integration landscape and to support the company's growth and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, implement and support interfaces and integrations across a broad range of systems. 
• Evaluate existing components or systems to determine integration requirements and ensure that the final solutions meet organizational needs.
• Develop and maintain integrations between CRM systems and other platforms using APIs and automation tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flows between systems.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members to solve problems and oversee the usage of best practices and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of integrations.
• Continuously improve integration processes and implement best practices.
• Other tasks that may be assigned to you related to your role.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in using IPaaS tools (Make,, Workato, Integrately, Zapier is mandatory)
• Experience working with API connections – integrating different systems.
• Experience in SDK (Software Development Kit) development.
• Knowledge and understanding of automation processes and workflows.
• Willingness to learn, accept new ideas and be independent
• Self-starter who can communicate, organize, make decisions, solve problems, and manage time well
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and problem-solving skills.
• Documentation skills and the ability to design and implement custom solutions.
