The role includes managing a team of 2-3 employees, handling credit portfolios, and fostering strategic partnerships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a professional team of 2-3 employees.
• Oversee client portfolios and provide financial support for real estate financing transactions.
• Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones, including on-site support for construction projects.
• Lead legal negotiations with clients and manage ongoing business processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, credit, and operations departments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in banking, real estate financing, insurance companies, or non-banking financial institutions.
