The Role

We’re seeking a Full-Stack Team Leader with a strong focus on front-end development to lead the evolution of our platform. While the majority of the work will involve front-end projects (building dashboards, UIs, and interactive features), the role may include minimal backend tasks using Python and Postgres, such as integrating APIs.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a growing team of developers, take ownership of the front-end platform, and work closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success teams to deliver impactful user experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration and growth while overseeing code quality and technical direction.
• Take ownership of the front-end platform: Drive UI/UX excellence, performance, and scalability.
• Contribute hands-on to development using Vue.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, TailwindCSS, and occasionally backend tools like Python and Postgres.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and resolve technical issues.
• Split efforts between improving the platform’s infrastructure and delivering advanced, user-focused features.
• Shape the technical direction and architecture of the platform.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development, with strong expertise in Vue.js or similar frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
• Familiarity with backend tools like Python, Postgres, or API design is a plus (though backend tasks will be minimal).
• Passion for mentoring and enabling team success, with prior leadership experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a “get-things-done” mindset.
• A commitment to code quality, scalability, and delivering high-impact solutions.
