Data Operations Manager

Keshet Digital is looking for a Data Operations Manager to lead and optimize data workflows, ensuring seamless integration between data collection, analytics, and business decision-making. This role is key in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure data availability, accuracy, and consistency for business users.
• Monitor data quality and performance issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Dev) to align data solutions with business needs.
• Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and enforce governance policies.
• Work closely with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Analysts to enhance data infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key data performance metrics.
• Act as the main liaison between business users and technical teams, translating complex data concepts into actionable insights.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Operations, Data Management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and pipeline optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in troubleshooting data issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• BSc in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
