Responsibilities:

🔹Plan, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple chat platform channels.

🔹Own and oversee significant UA budgets to meet performance targets.

🔹Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on metrics such as CPI, ROAS, and LTV.

🔹Stay ahead of UA trends, competitor activity, and emerging acquisition platforms.

🔹Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

🔹Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user onboarding and retention strategies.

Qualifications:

🔹6+ years of experience in User Acquisition – Must.

🔹Strong knowledge of performance marketing and digital advertising.

🔹Proven ability to analyze large datasets and present actionable insights.

🔹Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.

🔹Experience with social platforms, particularly Telegram.

🔹A passion for gaming and commitment to staying current with industry trends.
