Head of Marketing

We are looking for an experienced and creative Head of Marketing to lead our company’s marketing efforts. In this role, you will build and guide the marketing strategy, manage a talented team, and ensure we reach our business goals. • Develop and lead the company’s marketing strategy to support business goals.
• Overseeing all marketing campaigns for the company
• Enhancing the company's branding recognition and positioning in the market
• Analyzing marketing data and identifying areas for improvement
• Managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff
• Conducting market research to assess services viability
• Initiate and execute innovative projects to enhance brand and customer experience.
• Developing and managing the marketing budget
• Developing and maintaining the company's online presence
• build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 3+ years in senior marketing roles (e.g., Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, or equivalent).
• Experience in managing budgets and ensuring that marketing efforts are cost-effective
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing, branding, content strategy, and advertising.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and inspiring teams.
• Proficient in market research and data analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Fluency in Arabic and additional languages
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Full-time on-site role located in Shfaram
