Research Development Mechanical Engineer

As part of our product development team, you will design and develop novel solutions in the field of green energy. This is a hands-on role that will challenge you both technically and creatively while providing an opportunity to work on a technology for a better future.

What will you do?

·      Generate and implement new ideas and innovations to meet overall system design specifications.

·      Design, analyze, manufacture/fabricate, and test prototypes and products.

·      Develop detailed mechanical designs for prototypes and for volume manufacturing and commercialization.

·      Document designs and results using detailed drawings, reports, and presentations.

·      Hands-on prototypes building and testing

Requirements:

• Minimum BSc in Mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in R&D.
• Proven experience in precision parts and mechanism design and implementation.
• Experience creating and modifying complex 3D models and complete 2D drawing sets using Solidworks.
• Experience in precision parts and mechanism design.
• Experience in tolerance analysis.
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals in mechanics / mechanisms, heat transfer, and fluids.
• Experience in design for rapid prototype and design for manufacturing.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think beyond conventional solutions, contributing original ideas and practical improvements to complex development processes.
