Head of Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Head of Operations to oversee and streamline cross-functional workflows, manage external vendors, and drive operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, strong organizational skills, and experience working in a fast-paced and lean environment, particularly in the SaaS or technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Workplan Management:

• Build and manage the company’s workplan, ensuring alignment across all departments.
• Conduct regular check-ins with department heads to maintain tasks momentum and execution.
  
  

• Lead cross-departmental projects involving marketing, sales, legal, IT, and information systems.
• Break down complex challenges into actionable tasks and create clear execution plans.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Oversee relationships with external service providers, ensure deliverables meet company expectations and deadlines.
  
  

• Identify gaps in operational workflows and interfaces.
• Implement structured, scalable processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Foster a systematic, process-driven culture across teams.
  
  

• Collaborate with department heads to assess and address operational challenges.
• Build and maintain a structured roadmap for operational initiatives.
  
  

• Exhibit a “getting-things-done” mindset by proactively driving tasks, projects, and solutions to completion.
  
  

• Proven experience in a similar position within startups.
• Background in SaaS or related technology sectors.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Understanding of small, dynamic team structures and a preference for non-corporate, fast-moving environments.
• Familiarity with data, APIs, or analytics - advantage
