What You’ll Do

Sprint & Agile Management (50%)

• Define, prioritize, and manage sprint planning, sprint scoping, and execution.
• Own the work funnel between product and R&D, ensuring efficient backlog management.
• Break down epics into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and business logic.
• Maintain Jira boards, track progress, and ensure seamless sprint delivery.
• Collaborate with VP R&D and team leads to ensure workload balance and execution efficiency.

Technical Product Execution (40%)

• Work closely with developers to translate product vision into technical requirements.
• Bridge the gap between business goals and engineering capabilities.
• Develop and refine Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with precise technical details.
• Oversee end-to-end feature delivery, from ideation to post-launch iterations.
• Assist in quality assurance processes to ensure high product standards.

Embrace AI Innovation (10%)

• Drive the integration of AI tools to enhance development processes and workflows, improving efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement AI-generated co-coding within the system to accelerate development and leverage the power of intelligent automation.
• Suggest and integrate new AI tools into sprint management and product execution.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience

• 2-6 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably in Fintech or B2B tech.
• Proven track record of launching impactful products on time and at scale.
• Craft impactful product requirements that drive results for R&D.
• Experience in the fintech industry or working with global clients - advantage.
• Proven success in integrating AI solutions and their applications into products or workflows - advantage.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Skills

• Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and execution.
• Jira, Confluence, and development workflows are second nature to you – this is a must.
• You can break down complex product requirements into structured, detailed PRDs with clear technical depth.
• Strong ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with significant initiative and adaptability.
