Notch empowers brands to grow their direct-to-consumer business through AI-driven automation. We’re looking for an Implementation Manager to lead technical implementations, ensure system performance, and drive seamless integrations across client environments.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Process Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and deployment process, ensuring customer workflows are effectively integrated with Notch AI solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to customer procedures, data integrations, and system configuration.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and execute testing protocols to validate implementations, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and performance meet customer requirements.
• Process Optimization: Continuously refine onboarding and implementation processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer experience.
• Documentation & Training: Develop clear, detailed documentation and internal guides to support consistent and scalable implementations.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and customer support teams to align implementation processes with evolving platform capabilities and customer needs.

• Process-Oriented: Strong ability to define, standardize, and optimize implementation workflows.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Comfortable diagnosing process inefficiencies and implementing corrective actions.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on QA, ensuring every implementation meets operational and business requirements.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously in a structured, efficient manner.
