Research Staff

Our lab studies gut peptide hormones (GLP-1/GLP-2) in liver disease using mouse models and organoids. We're at initial stages setting up a high-throughput liver organoid screening core and seek candidates with strong experimental execution skills.

Responsibilities

Run mouse experiments (colony maintenance, Cre/lox systems, phenotyping).

Perform wet lab techniques (tissue culture, RT-qPCR, flow cytometry).

Conduct confocal microscopy and image analysis.

Set up liver organoid cultures and screening assays.

Analyze data and contribute to publications/grants.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Biology/Biomedical Sciences (exceptional M.Sc. with publications considered).

Proven mouse experiment skills with valid license.

Strong confocal microscopy and image analysis abilities.

Track record of generating reproducible experimental results.

Scientific writing skills demonstrated by publications/grants.

Passion for bench research and experimental execution.

Team spirit and a zest for teaching trainees.
