Technical Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a Master’s degree in Exact Sciences, with an outstanding academic record.
• Over 5 years of experience in designing and developing complex technological systems (systems of systems).
• At least 3 years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary technological projects (systems of systems).
• Proven hands-on experience in writing technical documentation (e.g., specifications, PRDs).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A collaborative team player with a self-motivated approach.
• Exceptional self-learning and analytical skills combined with a problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
  
  

• Participate in a team leading an extraordinary international space program, integrating new satellites and capabilities with state-of-the-art technologies into a unified eco-system.
• Analyze customer requirements, specifications, architectures, and operational concepts.
• Manage projects and contribute to design, development, marketing, and business development efforts.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to analyze and solve complex system-level challenges.
• Research new technologies and solutions for next-generation systems.
  
  

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Exact Sciences.
• Familiarity with space vehicles.
• Knowledge of software development.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, including data centers, networks, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in managing international subcontractors.
• Proficiency in software development languages and tools (e.g., .NET, C, Python, MATLAB, etc.).
