Job Summary

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and delivering both customer-facing and infrastructure projects according to a planned schedule, scope, and quality. The manager will also identify and resolve issues and conflicts and manage the day-to-day coordination of all teams.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily standup, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Driving projects and sprints towards delivery by taking a proactive approach.
• Build and lead project plans; supervise and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
• Budget tracking and coordination of project and group deliverables
• Coordinate the cross-functional work required with multiple teams, partners, vendors, and companies involved in the project planning and delivery.
• Understand the overall AWS services offering to give insights and guidance around requirements for new initiatives and features.
• Manage Jira to reflect the state of the team and project properly.

Requirements

• 4 years of proven experience delivering technological assets as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or CSM.
• Proven track record in managing technical projects in cloud environments, including planning, execution, and retrospective, serving as a centralized point for project knowledge (AWS).
• Sufficient background in IT ( i.e., networking, cloud computing, programming)
• Working experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in utilizing Jira, Confluence & Salesforce for project management and documentation purposes.
• Solid knowledge and previous experience in Agile project management methodology.
• Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work remotely.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines while maintaining a cooperative attitude through pressured situations.
• High Proficiency in English
• Multi-tasking skills - the ability to work on a few projects in parallel
• B.Sc / B.A in the field of computer science or engineering or similar
