Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with cutting-edge products based in Tel Aviv.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our R&D department. As part of the role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of our projects across the R&D organization and play a critical role in the success of our technology initiatives, managing risks, tracking progress, and communicating with partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Manage projects and be responsible for the overall project execution
Responsibility for defining, distributing, tracking and delivering projects tasks and milestones on time
Manage the team assignments and priorities based on the roadmap, incoming requests and ongoing maintenance
Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to create engagement, provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
Ensure that projects are delivered on time with a focus on technical excellence and top-quality of delivery

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in project management in a technological environment.
Experience working with R&D teams, Product, Customer Success and Research
Experience working with advanced project management tools (Monday/ Jira or similar).
Strong technical skills, along with a business sense.
Excellent project management skills with an ability to multitask and time management.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving skills
A team player with a great attitude and social skills that can lead a team to the desired results.
Great presentation and organizational skills.
