Responsibilities

Member of senior Beit Issie Shapiro management

Lead the HR team

Internal counsel to CEO and managers

Develop a people centered, inclusive and innovation conducive culture

Manage recruitment process for a wide variety of professions

Development and management of organizational compensation policy

Management of staff development strategy

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in HR management in mid-sized orgs

Relevant academic degree (HR, Business Admin, Organizational development etc.)

Proven leadership experience

Fluent Hebrew and high level of English

Strong inter-personal skills

In depth knowledge of employment law and up to date HR practices
