Senior Delivery Manager - Product & Engineering

PROMAI is looking for a collaborative and experienced Delivery Manager to make a significant impact on how we operate as we scale and transform the future of AI-driven solutions in manufacturing and production. 

As a Delivery Manager, you will design and implement new processes across programs, navigating through R&D teams and other departments to drive initiatives from planning to delivery. By leveraging advanced methodologies, you will ensure transparency, alignment, and smooth execution across all stages. You will collaborate closely with R&D, Product Managers, Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Executives, and additional key stakeholders to achieve impactful outcomes and advance Promai’s mission. 

 Responsibilities: 

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of cross-company initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and successful execution. 
• Own and optimize quarterly planning processes, ensuring prioritization of business-critical programs. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders across R&D, Product, Operations, and the Executive team to define roadmaps and manage dependencies. 
• Build and implement processes, tools, and methodologies to improve delivery efficiency and team alignment. 
• Provide visibility into project progress through advanced tracking, reporting, and risk management practices. 
• Analyze data to inform decision-making, improve delivery performance, and drive continuous improvement across teams. 
• Facilitate forums for decision-making, risk assessment, and issue resolution while nurturing a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Required Qualifications: 

• 8+ years of experience in delivery, program, or project management within a technology-driven organization. 
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and proven experience managing large-scale technical projects. 
• Expertise in Agile and Lean methodologies and a track record of driving process improvements. 
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams. 
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and other project management systems. 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets. 
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in manufacturing, production lines, or engineering-driven industries.
• Exposure to customers and partners in industrial or high-tech sectors.
