Responsibilities

The Account Manager's responsibilities will be to increase client value through proactive outbound communication and ensure a personal, engaging experience for our clients.

Building strong relationships with our clients, customers, and vendors.

Identifying and presenting new opportunities and solutions based on customer feedback.

Collaborating with various internal departments, such as product development, marketing, operations, and support.

Handling customer complaints and finding solutions to maintain positive relationships.

Requirements:

Experience in B2B as an account management or sales role. Gaming industry experience is a plus.

Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Be fluent in English- Must; Other languages are a plus.

Ability to handle multiple clients, projects, and deadlines.

Time management organizational and time management skills.

Be self-motivated, a team player, proactive, and able to manage a diverse workload.       

Problem-solving: identify, analyze, and resolve client issues efficiently and effectively.

Maintain a positive attitude and a "can-do" approach.

Scope:

This is a full-time position (Hybrid)
