Our all-in-one PeopleOS helps companies manage employees, streamline HR workflows, and run exceptional teams through meaningful insights.

Main responsibilities

• Build pipeline through self-sourced efforts, leveraging the best stack, creativity, persistence, and grit
• Become an expert on DreamTeam’s product and unique offerings
• Engage with prospective customers via various outreach channels including phone calls, social media, and emails
• Qualify inbound leads via phone and email

Required

• 1+ year of SDR experience
• Verifiable and exceptional track record
• 3 onsite days from our TLV office
• Willing to work Mon-Fri (flexible hours), facing UK & US
• Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment where you do whatever it takes
• Enjoy making a difference and working with a team to achieve goals
• Is a self-motivated and a resourceful self-starter
• Extremely goal driven
• Experienced in prospecting, sequencing technologies + phone calling

Bonus

• Experience selling SaaS to SMBs
• Passion for, or previous experience in the HR tech space
• Experience with the following tech stack: Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, different enrichment tools
