Training Specialist

KMS Lighthouse is looking for a Global Learning & Training Specialist as part of our growing Learning team. We seek an innovative professional who can drive our global customer's training strategy while managing a diverse team across multiple locations. You’ll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Delivery, Support, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for diverse audiences: internal teams, partners, and customers
• Implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees
• Develop and deliver training materials in English and Hebrew
• Manage end-user customer training programs
• Drive internal knowledge management initiatives
• Innovate and modernize our e-learning platforms and methodologies
• Execute special projects as assigned by department management
• Lead and organize customer events - both physical and virtual
• Oversee external knowledge portal management
