Talent Acquisition Partner

We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global HR-as-a-Service People team, for one of our clients, a company with a unique culture that places a high emphasis on talent and people.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring experience. You’ll provide market insights, craft compelling job ads, source and engage top talent, manage the candidate experience, develop assessment frameworks, and negotiate job offers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all assigned roles, including ATS administration, job ad creation, talent sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate planning and execution.
• Design and implement competence-based assessment processes, aligning hiring manager expectations and guiding them in making the best hiring decisions.
• Ensure a stellar candidate experience by providing concrete feedback and overseeing the handover of hired candidates to the pre-boarding process.
• Contribute to team Roadmap creation and management during yearly, quarterly, and monthly planning and reviews.
• Act as a proactive business partner, adding value through insights, expertise, and professionalism while collaborating closely with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong recruitment background, talent market insights, and a data-driven approach to achieve results. The ideal candidate will also possess:

• A degree in human resources, business administration, or organizational psychology (preferred but not required).
• Previous experience in recruitment as a TA Coordinator, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or equivalent role.
• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies, Talent Attraction, and Recruitment Marketing (internal and external).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to set and track KPIs.
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
