IT Support

We are seeking a service-oriented and self-motivated professional to join our IT support team. In this role, you will work on maintaining and monitoring the computer systems and SaaS system for our business. You will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their technical requirements.

Requirements:

• Up to 3 years’ experience as an IT support (preferably in a global environment).
• Proven experience in Office 365, Anti-Virus (ESET & Defender) Hyper V, Docker, TeamViewer, Intune.
• Personal computing, Window and MACOS support exp (must have).
• Inventory management experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Automation & scripting experience in different systems like Azure, Zapier, Freshservice, PowerShell – advantage.
• Self-learning ability.
