Role Description

This is an 18/6 full-time role for a Personal Assistant at Techne Studio T©cc located in Haifa. The Personal Assistant will work in a twin-mode with the Techne Studio Founder & will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, communication with team members, executive administrative assistance, and utilizing clerical skills in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Singing and/or Dancing and/or Performing is a must
• Three working languages: English, Russian, Hebrew
• Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Strong Clerical Skills online and in the office
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Google package
• Detail-oriented and self-organized
• Experience in a similar role is NOT a plus
• Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field is NOT needed
