Software Engineering Manager

Sightec https://www.sightec.com/, a Computer Vision & AI for autonomous flights company in Tel Aviv is hiring a Software Manager

The person will:

- Lead all SW development

- Be in charge of delivery schedule and team workflow

- Manage QA/DevOps

- Build and manage a team of up to 10 developers (by end of 2025)

Technical requirements

1. Experience with design and implementation in C++

2. Experience in computer vision algo development/implementation

3. Working in a Linux environment, especially on mobile processors such as Nvidia Jetson

4. Acquainted with QA / CICD methodologies

Managerial requirements:

1. 5 years of management experience

2. Managed 8 + people

3. Worked in a startup

4. Built a team and recruited developers

5. Was responsible for product delivery and schedule
