Key Responsibilities:

Perform ad-hoc research in the insurance domain for various company stakeholders: Business, product, engineering, etc.

Continuous monitoring of business and health KPIs.

Work with company stakeholders to design data pipelines and taxonomy.

Stay up-to-date with trends in analytic technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus
• 5+ years of experience working as a business analyst, product manager, or related domain with an insurer or fintech company
• Proven expertise in business analysis, analytics, and reporting within the insurance or fintech domains
  
  

• Proficiency in SQL
• Strong experience with Python Pandas or other dataframe libraries (Polars, DuckDB)
• Familiarity with BI tools like Superset, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Experience with Python dashboarding tools such as Streamlit, Dash, Quarto (Desirable)
  
  

• Work in a global, multicultural environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical teams.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
