Product Manager

As our Product Manager, you will play a central role in shaping Lasso Security’s Products and drive the development of innovative AI-driven security solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and delivery of product features and enhancements from concept to launch.
• Support deliveries of the product roadmap and vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Ensure all products meet high standards of quality, performance, and usability.
• Collaborate with engineering, data scientists, and security researchers to design and deliver cutting-edge security solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their workflows and pain points, translating these into actionable product requirements.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams, sales, marketing, and more to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of product features.
• Stay informed about market trends in LLM, research, and cybersecurity, ensuring Lasso Security remains at the forefront of innovation.
  
  

• 2-5 years of experience managing full life-cycle B2B products. - A must
• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity solutions. - A must
• Technical background or experience leading technical products - A must
• Proven track record in managing ML\ LLM-based solutions - Big Advantage
• Ability to manage customer conversations, understand their needs, and communicate the roadmap.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Exceptional communication skills with a passion for research, vulnerabilities, and the intersection of cybersecurity and AI.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, with excellent spoken and written proficiency.
