Tovei Ha'ir Residence a Religious Assisted Living in Jerusalem is looking for a dedicated and professional Social Worker.

• Providing counseling and support services to seniors and their families.

• Working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Developing personalized treatment plans.
• Supporting the admission and integration of potential residents.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work.
• Experience in the field of senior care - an advantage.
• Ability to work with the elderly and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creativity, empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong love for working with people.
• Initiative and the ability to lead and drive processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to listen and deal with complex emotional situations.
• Proficiency in computer applications (Office).
• Hebrew and English at a native speaker level.
