Technical Support Role – Join Our Team!
We’re looking for a motivated and technically skilled individual to join our support team! If you’re a first- or second-year student with a strong understanding of the internet and Android, and you have a passion for customer service, we’d love to meet you.
As part of this role, you will:
- Monitor the technical performance of the company’s systems at our clients’ locations using tracking tools
- Handle technical issues via phone, WhatsApp, or email, following company protocols
- Provide crucial support to the Support Department Manager and assist major clients
What we're looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support
- Strong background in internet and/or Android support
- Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., MONDAY)
- Excel skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Current student (1st or 2nd year)- advantage
