Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our IT team.

Responsibilities:

Support AvaTrade’s employees with their endpoint challenges.

Collaborate with the helpdesk team to enhance support processes, document them, and meet the team’s KPIs.

Ensure all employees’ equipment meets the security standards defined by the Security team.

Manage Microsoft Telephony systems (Teams), Intune, Defender, Active Directory, and more.

Assist the HelpDesk team in setting up employees’ endpoints, mobile devices, and corporate equipment (conference systems, printers, and more).

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with the following technologies is required:

Previous experience as a help desk technician in a high-tech organization with more than 100 employees.

Proficiency with Microsoft tools: Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, Defender, and Microsoft Teams.

Experience managing Microsoft Office 365 operations.

Work in the Herzliya office 5 days a week (not a hybrid position).

Scripting skills (shell scripts) – an advantage.

Experience managing security tools (firewalls, switches) – an advantage.

Experience managing backup systems – an advantage.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew.

Strong team player.

Exceptional service orientation and high service awareness.

Keen interest in technology.
