• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of iGaming products to competently address customer inquiries.
• Quickly resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Analyze customer interactions and feedback to provide actionable insights for product development and enhancement.
