Key Responsibilities:

• Own the technical architecture of their integration-based SaaS platform
• Build robust, scalable solutions using Python and React
• Make critical technical decisions that will impact the product's future
• Establish engineering processes and best practices
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team

Required Experience:

• Proven track record of shipping complex software systems
• Strong full-stack development skills (Python, React, RESTful APIs)
• Experience with third-party integrations and distributed systems
• Natural problem-solver with excellent analytical skills
• Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly
