Responsibilities

• Performing analyses based on statistical and mathematical models for processing structured and unstructured data.
• Developing data-based business models that will help organizational units be more accurate in products and services to customers.
• Performing Data Mining that includes a multi-step process: understanding business problems, defining data spaces (including Big Data), developing advanced models (including Machine Learning), leading implementation processes, and collaborating with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in data analysis and working with large databases.
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Data Scientist in a large organizational environment.
• An academic degree in relevant fields such as industry and management, information systems, mathematics or statistics from a recognized institution.
• Significant experience in SQL - required.
• Familiarity with Python or R - required.
• Experience working with Hadoop and other Big Data tools.
• Experience in developing and using Machine Learning - required.
