The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead marketing efforts strategically and innovatively. Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Strategy Execution: Develop and implement marketing plans for new projects and investments, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.

- Brand Positioning & Messaging: Create compelling value propositions and messaging that highlight the company in the real estate market and differentiate it from competitors.

- Customer Insights: Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to understand market and investor needs, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

- Brand Storytelling: Manage the narrative around the company and its projects, creating clear and engaging content for websites, blogs, case studies, and presentations.

- Metrics & Impact: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies, using data to improve and optimize performance.

- Growth Marketing: Lead lead acquisition and increase project exposure through innovative and targeted campaigns.

- Strategy Execution: Plan and implement multi-channel marketing initiatives to increase visibility and revenue.

- Team Building: Expand and lead a small yet effective marketing team, tailored to the company’s unique needs.

- Brand Development: Define and maintain a unique and impactful brand identity and messaging for the real estate firm.

- Content Creation: Write and manage blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials tailored to the real estate market.

- Email Marketing: Develop and optimize email campaigns to increase engagement and conversions from investors and potential clients.

Requirements:

- Relevant Academic Education – required.

- 5+ years of experience as a VP of Marketing in large companies with leading luxury brands – required.

- Proven success in building luxury brands, marketing, and content creation.

- Hands-on experience in defining voice and messaging across different channels.

- Ability to generate precise marketing traffic that drives sales and delivers results in a competitive market.

- Data-driven mindset with experience using digital tools and CRM platforms relevant to the industry.

- Creative vision and the ability to implement it practically, incorporating all marketing aspects of the company.

- Strategic thinker with long-term vision and the ability to plan and act on short-term goals.

- Personal charisma and the ability to lead a small yet effective team, as well as be actively involved in execution – not just a commander.

- Excellent leadership skills: ability to lead a small, focused team and collaborate with top-tier professionals.
