Vice President Marketing

We’re hiring a VP Marketing to join altshare and lead our global marketing activity, with a strong focus on the U.S. market.

altshare is a global equity management platform helping startups, finance teams, investors, and professional partners manage equity, cap tables, valuations, and employee equity plans through one modern platform.

We work in a complex, trust-sensitive FinTech environment where accuracy, compliance, and user experience are critical and we’re continuing to expand our presence in the U.S. market.

We’re now looking for a senior, hands-on marketing leader to take ownership of our marketing strategy and execution and help drive the next stage of our growth.

• Global marketing and Go-To-Market strategy
• Demand Generation and marketing-sourced pipeline
• SEO, paid campaigns, outbound, partnerships, events, and content
• Brand positioning, messaging, PR, thought leadership, and social media
• Product Marketing and sales enablement
• Funnel performance, conversion, attribution, and marketing analytics
• External agencies, vendors, and partners
• AI and automation initiatives to improve marketing efficiency and scale

• 7-10+ years of B2B marketing experience
• Experience in B2B SaaS and/or FinTech
• Strong experience working with or targeting the U.S. market
• Proven experience across Demand Generation, GTM, Product Marketing, and Brand
• Strong commercial mindset and the ability to connect marketing to pipeline and revenue
• Analytical, data-driven, and hands-on
• Excellent English, written and spoken

Experience marketing to CFOs, founders, VCs, or finance teams is a strong advantage.
