Sales Operations Manager

A leading technology company providing services such as cloud, telephony, hosting, and more, is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to manage and lead an operational team responsible for service operations. The role includes hands-on operational tasks to understand current processes, alongside defining workflows, process requirements, and team management.

Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the technological service order process (from receiving customer orders to billing).
• Defining workflows and procedures for managing technological service operations.
• Leading the process of identifying needs to improve service order operations.
• Managing updates and changes to orders within internal and external systems.
• Providing support to customers regarding order fulfillment and invoices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Delivery, Procurement, Finance, etc.) to ensure service execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business organizations working with multiple interfaces – must.
• Previous experience managing complex operations – must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – must.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI – advantage.
• Prior experience in managing service operations within technology companies – advantage.
• Demonstrated ability in process analysis and procedure definition – advantage.
